(OLNEY) It’s a Valentine’s Day trip coming up this Wednesday, February 14, to the 2018 National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville, Kentucky, with the Richland, Lawrence, and Wabash County Farm Bureaus. The cost to reserve your seat on the chartered bus is $30 for active Farm Bureau members and $40 for non-Farm Bureau members. The fee covers the trip to and from, plus a meal at the Logg Inn Restaurant on the way home. The bus will leave from three locations this Wednesday morning. From the Olney Rural King at 5:30, the Lawrenceville Sav-A-Lot at 6:00, and the Mt. Carmel Parkview Christian Church at 6:30. (OLNEY) Olney Central College has announced that it is offering a one-day only food sanitation and safety class in Olney. The nine-hour class is scheduled to meet tomorrow, on Tuesday, February 13, from 8:00 to 6:00. This course meets the Illinois Department of Public Health requirements for certification. (OLNEY/NOBLE) There are two municipal meetings scheduled for this Monday night (2/12/18). The Olney City Council has its next regular meeting tonight at the Olney City Hall, starting at 7:00. The Noble Village Board has its next regular meeting tonight at the Village Hall in Noble, also beginning at 7:00. Both of the municipal meetings in Richland County are open to the public tonight.
