(OLNEY) With the March 20 Primary Election nearly two weeks away, the Richland County School District is asking the public to consider a County School Facilities Sales Tax to serve as an alternate funding source to support a renovation project at the Richland County High School. As a service to the community in trying to help answer questions that Richland County residents may have concerning the ballot question, we here at WVLN-WSEI in Olney are now soliciting questions from the public that folks may have. The public can send any questions about the proposed County School Facilities Sales Tax to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All questions will then be answered by School District officials in an interview that we’ll air on Freedom 92.9 leading up to the March 20 Election. So please, take this chance to send in your questions by this Wednesday, March 7. We thank the public in advance for helping out.
