(OLNEY/NEWTON) With a Canadian high pressure along the eastern Kansas / Oklahoma border moving into the Lower Mississippi River Valley by sunset today, a weak cold front will push south across Illinois tonight. That combination will give us a wind switch tomorrow, but still plenty of sunshine tomorrow, just like today, on this Wednesday. However, a low pressure storm system emerging over the Central Plains by Friday morning will give us some precipitation ahead of a warm front that will bring us more rain chances Friday night. It all clears out for a dry Saturday and Sunday although another quick moving system will likely bring us more rain on Monday. Stay tuned for all the weather updates and further information.
