(OLNE/NEWTON) While the Freeze Warning ends at 9:00 this morning for Richland, Jasper, and surrounding counties, a Canadian high pressure will keep our sky dry today and for the next few days, plus the high will allow warmer air to move into the Midwest, although a few high clouds will be mixed in possibly at times. A low pressure system is now expected to move through the Upper Midwest by Wednesday night, however most all the rain will stay far north of the line along I-70 and for our downstate area, it simply means some cooler air moving in for the last of the work week. In fact, it appears our next significant chance of any rain is not until the first of next week, but that could change with new weather models coming out every day. So, stay tuned for updates and listen to a NOAA Weather Alert Radio for forecast details and much more.
