(OLNEY) The Richland County Farm Bureau’s weekly rainfall report shows very little, if any, precipitation totals up until 10:00 yesterday morning around the county. The highest amount of rain over the past week was nine tenths of an inch (0.90) in one of the Bonpas Township sites. There were then three Townships that received only one tenth of an inch (0.10) of rain, that was Olney, Decker, and Madison. All of the other remaining recording sites, along with the Farm Bureau office in Olney, received no rain at all in the past week. Here at the WVLN-WSEI National Weather Service Weather Station, at the south edge of Olney, we had only a trace of precipitation with nothing measurable over the past week. In comparison, we had 2.34 inches a year ago this week in 2017 here at the WVLN-WSEI studios along Radio Tower Lane.
