(NEWTON/OLNEY) As some area dense and/or patchy fog lifts later this morning, we’ll see a sky today mixed up with sunshine and clouds although there’s still a slight chance of some scattered showers near the Illinois/Indiana state line until mid-morning. Then we’re dry for the rest of this work week for the most part. A weak cold front will keep most of its rain to our north tonight through tomorrow, followed by another weak cold front from the Upper Midwest will drop down with little to no rain for us on Friday. It appears our next significant chance of rain will be next Monday night into Tuesday after what appears to be another good-looking weekend. Stay tuned to a NOAA Weather Alert Radio for weather updates and details.
