(OLNEY/NEWTON) An approaching warm front will bring us more cloud cover today and eventually some widespread rain chances this morning and afternoon, however as the front moves through our downstate region, the rain should come to an end by evening and we’ll stay dry until another round of rain chances move in by sunrise tomorrow morning. That rain will also be short-lived as it will end by mid-morning and the sky will clear and we’ll see some sunshine with warmer temperatures by mid to late afternoon. Then we’re dry and hot on Sunday and the first of next week. We’ll wrap up the month of August with more rain chances next Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday as a frontal boundary is expected to stall out over our downstate region.
