(OLNEY/NEWTON) As a cold front settles southward towards the Ohio River Valley and a high pressure ridge builds into the Upper Midwest, we’ll have plenty of cloud cover again for at least of portion of this morning. But eventually, the sky will clear with plenty of sunshine this afternoon and our current dry period will continue through tonight, tomorrow, and Thanksgiving Day. An approaching storm system will move in with clouds and our next rain chance by Friday afternoon with widespread rain Friday night before coming to an end from west to east Saturday morning. Another weather system will then move through by Sunday night with some cooler air arriving for the first of next week. Stay tuned for continued weather updates and monitor a NOAA Weather Alert Radio for more weather information and possible alerts.
