(OLNEY/NEWTON) A high pressure ridge in the Upper Midwest will keep us dry for the next two days with plenty of sunshine in place and a slight warm up. However, an approaching cold front in the Upper Plains will slowly move across the Midwest as the weekend draws near. We’ll have increasing clouds and rain chances by Friday afternoon, continuing through Friday night, although Saturday appears to be a dry day followed by a mostly dry day on Sunday as well. Then another chance of rain arrives Sunday night and continues into Monday and Tuesday, then a little cooler. Stay tuned for continued weather information and monitor a NOAA Weather Alert Radio for further weather details and/or alerts and warnings.
